Buckets and Borders: The Masset Project
The Masset Project is a 360-degree outdoor art and basketball facility in Masset, Haida Gwaii, created by Buckets & Borders with local youth, leaders, and artists. Its Híílang Dánee court combines turquoise, yellow, and dark teal artwork with white playing lines.
Led by Jaalen Edenshaw with Daaxiigan Sk’adáa Née students and Corey Bulpitt, the project includes a full court mural, two 50-foot wall murals, and two 50-foot ceiling panels beneath the Tsunami Tower. The perimeter edges have not yet been added in these photos.
