Frequently Asked Questions

What are the official padel court dimensions?

An official padel court measures 10 m wide by 20 m long, measured internally.

How far are the service lines from the net on a padel court?

On an official padel court, the service lines are positioned 6.95 m from the net on each side.

How high is a padel net?

A padel net must be 0.88 m high at the center and 0.92 m high at the ends.

What clear height is recommended for padel?

Padel rules require a minimum clear height of 6 m throughout the court. For new facilities, a free height of 8 m is commonly recommended.

Can I build a custom-sized padel court surface?

Yes. Swish can build custom court surfaces in any dimensions. If you are creating a padel-inspired practice area, training zone, or multi-sport layout, we can adapt the surface design to your space.

Which Swish tile series is best for a padel court?

For padel, the best tile series depends on the full project and how the court will be used. If the court is part of a multi-sport concept or includes other small-ball sports, Elastic Tiles are often a strong option. Swish can help you choose between Elastic, Elite, and Large Elite based on your goals.

Can I add custom colors, logos, and multiple sports lines to a padel court surface?

Yes. Customers can select custom colors, add 1 logo at no extra cost, and print line markings for multiple sports on the same court surface. This is ideal for facilities that want one court area to serve several uses.

How do Swish court tiles install, and what surface is required underneath?

Swish tiles are designed for DIY-friendly installation and connect like a large puzzle. The base should be solid and stable, such as concrete, pavers, or a properly prepared compacted base. Grass is not suitable. The underside pads help improve elasticity, comfort, sound reduction, durability, lateral stability, and minor surface leveling.
