  1. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  3. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt for your records. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Please note that custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part. Custom-made orders are specially designed or personalized according to your specifications and therefore cannot be resold.

Refunds
